Voucher Type
This product includes an Exam Voucher with Retake authorizing one attempt at the CLA™ exam, plus a one-time retake provided the first attempt is not passed.
Retake note: If you fail the exam, please complete and submit the Retake Voucher Request Form to obtain your retake voucher. Retake vouchers are issued only after an unsuccessful attempt and cannot be granted for absences or violations of testing policies.
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase and must be redeemed before expiration.

The exam is delivered exclusively via Pearson VUE, with testing available at authorized centers or through OnVUE online proctoring.

Redeem your voucher while scheduling your exam through Pearson VUE. Log in or create your Pearson VUE account, select CLA-11-03, and enter the voucher code during checkout.

The CLA™ certification confirms strong understanding of C programming fundamentals, including declarations, definitions, lexical structure, pointers, expressions, flow control, functions, and preprocessor and file I/O operations.
The exam consists of 40 questions and has a duration of 65 minutes.
