Voucher Type
This product provides an Exam Voucher with Retake that authorizes one exam attempt plus one retake if the first attempt is not passed. Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be reused, transferred, or extended.
Retake note: If you fail the exam, a retake option will be issued automatically to your TestNow™ account after the required waiting period. Retake vouchers may not be issued in cases of absence, policy violations, or other disqualifying circumstances.
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

The exam is delivered exclusively via TestNow™, the official test delivery platform for OpenEDG Python Institute exams.
Redemption Instructions
Redeem your voucher in the TestNow™ platform – sign in, switch to your Test Candidate profile, open Certification, click Take Exam, and enter your voucher code. After an unsuccessful first attempt and waiting period, activate your retake from the Exam History section.

This product includes an Exam Voucher with Retake that authorizes one attempt at the PCET™ – Certified Entry-Level Tester with Python exam, plus a one-time retake option issued only if the first attempt is not passed.
The PCET™ certification validates fundamental knowledge of software testing and practical, entry-level testing skills using Python. Candidates are assessed across testing foundations, structured testing processes, static and dynamic methods, debugging skills, refactoring basics, and essential test design techniques.
The exam includes 35 single-select, multiple-select, and scenario-based questions and has a 45-minute time limit.
The scope of certification includes the following topic areas:
- Core Software Testing Concepts (17.1%)
- Software Testing Types, Levels, and Processes (22.9%)
- Static Analysis, Dynamic Testing, and Code Refactoring (28.6%)
- Debugging, Assertions, and Testing Techniques (31.4%)
