Voucher Type
An exam voucher with retake a voucher that allows a test candidate to take a certification exam with the option to attempt one retake if they fail the first attempt (the voucher covers the cost of both the initial attempt and one retake).
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before its expiration date. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a retake voucher is automatically issued, which must be used within 90 days from the date of the failed attempt.

The OpenEDG Digital Literacy validates a candidate's foundational knowledge and practical skills in essential digital competencies, as well as their understanding of key concepts related to hardware and software.
It confirms the holder’s ability to navigate digital environments confidently, manage files and applications, connect to networks, use digital tools effectively for communication and collaboration, troubleshoot common technology issues, and apply best practices for cybersecurity and responsible digital engagement. Additionally, it emphasizes awareness of the environmental and health impacts of digital technology while promoting mindful use.

The OpenEDG Digital Literacy Certification can be obtained by passing the Digital Literacy DL-00-101 exam or by successfully completing all four milestone assessments:
- Digital Awareness DL-00-A01
- Using Computer & Mobile Devices DL-00-B01
- Creating, Communicating & Collaborating DL-00-C01
- Safety & Security DL-00-D01
