Voucher Type
An exam voucher with retake a voucher that allows a test candidate to take a certification exam with the option to attempt one retake if they fail the first attempt (the voucher covers the cost of both the initial attempt and one retake).
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before its expiration date. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a retake voucher is automatically issued, which must be used within 90 days from the date of the failed attempt.

DL-00-A01 Exam Voucher + Retake
The Digital Awareness (DL-00-A01) credential validates a candidate's foundational understanding of digital technologies and their impact on daily life. It demonstrates the holder’s ability to use digital tools, evaluate online content for credibility and security, and engage in responsible, safe and ethical digital practices.
This credential is a key milestone toward achieving the OpenEDG Digital Literacy Certification.
