Voucher Type
An exam voucher with retake a voucher that allows a test candidate to take a certification exam with the option to attempt one retake if they fail the first attempt (the voucher covers the cost of both the initial attempt and one retake).
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used before its expiration date. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a retake voucher is automatically issued, which must be used within 90 days from the date of the failed attempt.

The Using Computer & Mobile Devices (DL-00-B01) credential validates a candidate's foundational knowledge of computing devices, operating systems, and essential digital tasks. It demonstrates the holder’s ability to manage files and applications, configure device settings, connect to networks, and troubleshoot common technical issues.
This credential is a key milestone toward achieving the OpenEDG Digital Literacy Certification.
